Son of a Pizza Mom with over 30 years experience, Chadwick was born into the world of pizza. It’s a part of his DNA. Now he is able to reinvent the classics he was raised on: using only the best quality, nutrient rich ingredients. Chadwick’s childhood friend and self-proclaimed pizza aficionado Zach, is the events man. With over 15 years in the events world (and 30 years eating pizza), he knows the value of unique, one-of-a-kind experiences. Combining their expertise, they found the perfect way to share their passion for pizza and parties. Now, the restaurant comes to you.

Two Doughs Pizza Co. promises you the highest quality ingredients from start to finish. Our all-organic flour recipe begins with a fermented starter. Then we add ingredients like passion and time to create a natural dough, the way nature intended us to consume it. By adding no additional yeast, our Neapolitan crust is more easily digested and more body friendly. Or, you can dive into the decadent and mouthwatering Sicilian-style dough that even Grandma would call squisita (delicious)! THE ORIGINAL NEAPOLITAN THIN CRUST AND GRANDMA’S TRADITIONAL SICILIAN THICK CRUST.

We love pizza, and at Two Doughs we do pizza right - starting with the foundation of any good pie: the dough. The flour for our two original recipes is made using old milling practices, ensuring that our dough is prepared with only the highest quality organic flour. We give our dough time to mature so you can enjoy the quality and the flavor of a naturally leavened pizza crust (no yeast required!) We fire the pies on-site with a wood-burning oven so you experience pizza the way it was meant to be: the perfect balance of a charred crust with a soft, airy center. Two doughs, two styles – all coming to you hot out of your own personal wood-burning oven.
